TD Ameritrade to Host Annual Meeting of Stockholders

TD Ameritrade Holding Corporation (NYSE: AMTD) today announced that it will hold its annual meeting of stockholders on Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014. The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. CST and will take place at the Company’s corporate headquarters, located at 200 South 108th Avenue in Omaha, Neb.

The Company will also broadcast the meeting online via a virtual stockholders meeting, which will provide stockholders of record as of Dec. 16, 2013 with an opportunity to both vote and ask questions of the Company’s management team and board of directors online and in real time. Stockholders may access the virtual meeting through the Presentations & events page of the Company’s corporate web site, www.amtd.com, by clicking on the date “February 12,” or directly via www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/amtd2014. The virtual meeting portal includes a forum that allows stockholders of record to submit questions in advance, to be addressed during the meeting.
