HARMAN Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

Harman International Industries, Incorporated (NYSE:HAR) declared a cash dividend on January 30, 2014 of $0.30 cents per share for the quarter ended December 31, 2013. The quarterly dividend will be paid on February 25, 2014, to each stockholder of record as of the close of business on February 10, 2014.
