UPDATE 1-Brazil's Itaú posts record profit after revenue jumps

SAO PAULO, Feb 4 (Reuters) - Profit at Itaú Unibanco Holding SA, Brazil's largest bank by market value, beat analyst estimates in the fourth quarter, as Chief Executive Roberto Setubal's efforts to control growth in expenses and increase lending in the least-risky segments were helped by rising borrowing costs.
