UPDATE: Thomson Reuters Posts Downbeat Q4 Earnings

Thomson Reuters (NYSE: TRI ) posted a loss in the fourth quarter. Thomson Reuters swung to a quarterly loss of $351 million, or $0.43 per share, versus a year-ago profit of $352 million, or $0.42 per share. Excluding one-time items, its adjusted earnings came in at $0.49 per share.
