Malaysia Airlines flight attempting emergency landing

A Malaysia Airlines flight suffered a landing gear malfunction Sunday night as it left the international airport Kuala Lumpur, and is expected to make an emergency landing back at the airport around 2 a.m. local time. Emergency crews were on the ground awaiting the plane's return, Malaysia Airlines said in a statement.
