AMD climbs; Netflix slips ahead of earnings

Advanced Micro Devices Inc., Apple Inc. and Facebook Inc. are among the gainers in the tech sector Monday, but many investors have their eyes on Netflix Inc. ahead of the online video-streaming company’s quarterly results.
