EQT Midstream Partners Increases Quarterly Distribution

EQT Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: EQM), an EQT Corporation company, today announced the declaration of a quarterly cash distribution of $0.49 per unit for the first quarter of 2014. The distribution represents a 7% increase over the distribution for the fourth quarter of 2013, and a 32% increase over the distribution for the first quarter of 2013. The distribution will be paid on May 15, 2014 to all unitholders of record at the close of business on May 6, 2014.
