HARMAN Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

Harman International Industries, Incorporated (NYSE:HAR) declared a cash dividend on May 1, 2014 of $0.30 cents per share for the quarter ended March 31, 2014. The quarterly dividend will be paid on May 27, 2014, to each stockholder of record as of the close of business on May 12, 2014.
