2014 M6 Mobility xChange Award Winners Announced

PRLog - Jun. 3, 2014 - CARLSBAD, Calif. -- nGage Events host of the 2014 M6 Mobility xChange announced AirWatch by VMware, Bluebox and IBM as award winning vendors at the fourth annual M6 event at the La Costa Resort & Spa located in Carlsbad, Calif.

Thirty-five leading mobility vendors competed for three award categories: Best Case Study Presentation, Best Emerging Technology Solution and Best Overall Mobile and Wireless Solution. Awards were voted on by more than 130 enterprise executives representing the largest companies in North America.

AirWatch by VMware was awarded the 2014 Best Case Study Presentation award. This award was based on the overall presentation and interaction that occurred between the presenting sponsor and the senior level executives who took part in 25 minute case study presentations over the two and half days. Bluebox Security
was awarded the 2014 M6 Best Emerging Technology Solution award. This award went to the sponsor who exhibited a unique solution set that senior level executives identified as early to market, and/or identified a specific need to better the industry. The top four nominated vendors were Bluebox Security, CA Technologies, ClearBlade and Kinvey.  "This is a tremendous event that allows us to connect specifically with enterprise companies and provides us the opportunity to get our products in front of quality decision makers. I have not seen this many decision makers at a conference in a very long time” said, Caleb Sima, CEO, Bluebox Security.

IBM was awarded the 2014 M6 Best Overall Mobile and Wireless Solution award. This award was given to the most comprehensive industry offering, and went to the vendor who showcased an overall understanding of the needs in the mobile marketplace. The top four vote recipients were AirWatch by VMware, CA Technologies, IBM and Stratix. “This event reflects the tremendous innovation and growth happening across the mobile industry.
