This Week's 13 IPOs:

Markit Ltd. (Nasdaq: MRKT) provides its clients with bond information and derivatives trading options. Headquartered in London, MRKT will be holding the largest IPO of the week as it plans to raise $1.1 billion. Markit will be offering 45.7 million shares at a range of $12 to $14 per share. If MRKT raises the $1.1 billion, it will have a market capitalization of approximately $4.4 billion. In the last year, the company has reported revenue of $968 million. MRKT will make its public debut on the Nasdaq on Thursday, June 19.

Eclipse Resources Corp. (NYSE: ECR) is an oil and natural gas company that operates primarily in the Appalachian Basin. ECR will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Friday, June 20. Through its IPO, ECR plans to raise $864 million by offering 30.3 million shares at a $27 to $30 range. In the last year, ECR reported revenue of $45 million. After the IPO, ECR is expected to have a market value of approximately $4.6 billion.

Foresight Energy LP (NYSE: FELP) is a bituminous thermal coal producer that operates exclusively in the Illinois Basin, which is the fastest-growing coal-producing region in the United States. Through its IPO, FELP plans to raise $350 million by offering 17.5 million shares at a $19 to $21 range. Last year, FELP reported revenue of $968 million, and the company is expected to have a market value of $2.6 billion following the deal. FELP will make its public debut on the NYSE on Wednesday, June 18.

Century Communities Inc. (NYSE: CCS) is a homebuilding company that focuses on single-family homes in Colorado, Texas, and Nevada. CCS will make its public debut on the NYSE on Wednesday, June 18. Through the IPO, CCS is looking to raise $110 million by offering 4.5 million shares at a $23 to $26 range. In the last year, CCS reported $227 million in sales. Analysts expect CCS to have a market value of $526 million after its initial public offering.

Viper Energy Partners LP (Nasdaq: VNOM) acquires, owns, and exploits oil and natural gas properties in the Permian Basin. VNOM will be going public on Wednesday, June 18, and is looking to raise $100 million. In its IPO, the company will be offering 5 million shares at a range of $19 to $21. Last year, VNOM had revenue of $31 million, and the company is expecting a market valuation near $1.5 billion.

ZS Pharma Inc. (Nasdaq: ZSPH) plans to raise $80 million by offering 5 million shares at a $15 to $17 range. ZSPH will make its public debut on the Nasdaq on Wednesday, June 18.

Kite Pharma Inc. (Nasdaq: KITE) plans to raise $78 million by offering 6 million shares at a $12 to $14 range. KITE will begin trading on the Nasdaq on Friday, June 20.

Zafgen Inc. (Nasdaq: ZFGN) plans to raise $75 million by offering 5 million shares at a $14 to $16 range. ZFGN will hit the Nasdaq on Thursday, June 19.

Parnell Pharmaceuticals Holdings Ltd. (Nasdaq: PARN) plans to raise $65 million by offering 3.6 million shares at a range of $17 to $19. PARN will make its public debut on the Nasdaq on Wednesday, June 18.

Syndax Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq: SNDX) plans to raise $60 million by offering 4.3 million shares at a $13 to $15 range. SNDX will hit the Nasdaq on Thursday, June 19.

Ardelyx Inc. (Nasdaq: ARDX) plans to raise $50 million by offering 3.6 million shares at a $13 to $15 range. ARDX will begin trading on the Nasdaq on Thursday, June 19.

Microlin Bio Inc. (Nasdaq: MCLB) plans to raise $30 million by offering 2.7 million shares at a range of $10 to $12. MCLB will make its debut on the Nasdaq on Wednesday, June 18.

Signal Genetics LLC (Nasdaq: SGNL) plans to raise $10 million by offering 900,000 shares at a range of $10 to $12. SGNL will begin trading on the Nasdaq on Wednesday, June 18.
