ADGS Advisory, Inc. (“ADGS”) (OTCQB:ADGS) today announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding to provide certain consulting and advisory services in connection with the construction of a proposed new entertainment theme park in the PRC.
The Memorandum of Understanding provides that ADGS will be paid HK$20,000,000 (approximately $2.6 million USD) for such services which will be paid in five equal installments of HK$3,500,000 (approximately $450,000 USD) every six months commencing November 2014 and a sixth and final instalment of $HK$2,500,000 (approximately $320,000 USD) on or before May 2017.
