India budget: Finance minister says aiming for 7-8% growth in next 3-4 years

In his first budget speech as India's finance minister, Arun Jaitley says the government aims to achieve sustained growth of 7-8 percent in the next few years. He projects to narrow fiscal deficit to 3.6 percent of GDP in the financial year 2015/ 16, and to 3 percent by the following year.
