MH17 latest: Black boxes handed over to Malaysia

After days of global anxiety and outrage over the handling of the crash site of the downed Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 in Ukraine, there appears to be a breakthrough in developments. International investigators have also reported of improved access to the airliner wreckage four days after it was shot down en route from Amsterdam to Ukraine.
