Regency Energy Partners LP Announces Pricing of Upsized Public Offering of $700 Million of Senior Notes

Regency Energy Partners LP (NYSE: RGP) (“Regency”) today announced the pricing of its upsized public offering of $700 million in aggregate principal amount of 5.00% senior notes due 2022 (the “notes”) at a price to the public of 99.158% of their face value. Regency Energy Finance Corp. (“Finance Corp.), a wholly owned direct subsidiary of Regency, will serve as the co-issuer of the notes. The sale of the notes is expected to settle on July 25, 2014, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Regency intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit facility and for general partnership purposes.
