82-Year-Old Khatoon's Kitchen Founder Launches Cookbook of East African Indian Recipes Straight from Her Family Table

“Flavors of India & Africa” cookbook written by 82-year-old author launched to give readers over 100 East African Indian fusion recipes. A realized dream of Khatoon Gulamani, the cookbook offers authentic hard-to-find recipes like mandazi, ugali and khokho tende.
