( click to enlarge )J C Penney Company Inc (NYSE:JCP) Had a nice breakout with a pop of 38c to 10.25 or 3.85% on 48 million shares. Technical chart shows a bullish sign as the stock is back on top of 200-day EMA with MACD rising and in positive territory.
