Phoebe Putney Health System Selects Harris Corporation for Its FusionFX Provider Portal

Phoebe Putney Health System has selected Harris Corporation (NYSE:HRS) to implement its Provider Portal solution to link physicians and other clinicians throughout one of Georgia’s largest health systems.

A component of Harris' FusionFX® suite of advanced healthcare software, the Provider Portal solution will provide a comprehensive, up-to-date view of a patient's medical record regardless of where the patient is seen in the Phoebe Putney Health System. This will enable physicians to deliver the most efficient care by integrating patient information in real-time.

FusionFX Provider Portal is a key component of Harris Healthcare Solutions’ advanced technology suite aimed at improving clinical outcomes while enhancing efficiency in the emerging environment of accountable care and population health. Phoebe Putney Health System expects to implement Harris’ FusionFX Provider Portal in 2015 in conjunction with electronic health record implementations to provide a seamless view across the acute and ambulatory settings.
