Clutch Names Mark Harrington Vice President of Marketing

Clutch, a leading platform powering customer success for over 750 brands, today announced that Mark Harrington joined the company as vice president of marketing. In this position, Harrington is responsible for building and driving awareness of the Clutch brand, while generating demand for the company’s SaaS-based consumer management platform.

Harrington brings nearly 20 years of experience to Clutch in client retention and acquisition marketing. Prior to Clutch, Harrington was chief marketing officer for ListenLogic, where he positioned the company as the top provider of advanced risk intelligence and was pivotal in driving significant revenue growth. Harrington also previously held strategic marketing positions with Ecount and Half.com and was instrumental in both company’s respective acquisitions by Citi and eBay, serving marketing leadership roles for each.

His experience in growing and maintaining a well informed client base in the ecommerce and payments industries comes at the perfect time for Clutch as it continues to attract new clients and partners for its advanced suite of strategic consumer management solutions.
