UPDATE 1-Dish drops Turner channels as contract renewal talks fail

Oct 21 (Reuters) - Dish Network has stopped carrying Turner Broadcasting's channels, including CNN, Cartoon Network and Adult Swim, as the companies failed to renew their distribution deal.
