American Express Launches the New americanexpress.com

American Express (NYSE:AXP) today announced the launch of its redesigned customer website, americanexpress.com, another step in the company’s ongoing efforts to apply innovative technology that meets the changing needs and expectations of customers. The new website enhances the Card Member’s digital experience by providing increased financial clarity, simplifying online payments, and providing new account and spending insights.

Inspired by customer feedback, American Express designers and engineers have created a new design that is sleek, simple and smart. The site employs streamlined navigation and contextual search results to make it easier and more intuitive for customers to find what they’re looking for. The new platform offers increased personalization and provides customers greater visibility to important financial details about their accounts.
