Dollar General Now Accepting American Express

American Express (NYSE: AXP) and Dollar General (NYSE: DG) today announced all Dollar General stores now accept American Express cards as a form of payment. The rollout of American Express card acceptance capability throughout the Dollar General chain offers customers additional flexibility and convenience to make their shopping easier. Dollar General is the nation’s largest discount retailer by store count with more than 11,500 locations in 40 states.
