Mobile Mini Completes Acquisition in New York

Mobile Mini, Inc. (Nasdaq GS:MINI) today announced it has completed the purchase of the assets and operations of a portable storage business in Buffalo, New York. Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

“We continue to execute on our growth strategy of creating long term value for shareholders by pairing internal revenue growth with strategic acquisitions of highly utilized assets on favorable terms,” said Erik Olsson, Mobile Mini President and Chief Executive Officer.

The newly acquired business has a fleet of approximately 550 units at approximately 85% utilization.

Mr. Olsson continued: “This acquisition allows us to open a new branch location in Buffalo with highly utilized rental assets and further increases our ability to service customers in this region of the country and expands our footprint in strong markets that have been, and continue to be, growing.”
