PRLog - Jan. 16, 2015 - AUSTIN, Texas -- Chief Operating Officer and Company founder, Mr. Phil Moser would like to announce the return of Central Energy Northeast to Texas, where he founded the company back in 2008. Launching Central Energy Southwest this month opening a new office in Austin.
