Dynegy Schedules 2014 Financial Results Release and Conference Call

Dynegy Inc. (NYSE:DYN) plans to report fourth quarter and full-year 2014 financial results after the market closes on Tuesday, February 24, and will host a conference call and webcast beginning at 9 a.m. ET/8 a.m. CT on Wednesday, February 25. The earnings release, presentation and management comments on the earnings presentation will be issued on Tuesday after market close. During the call on Wednesday morning, Dynegy President and Chief Executive Officer Robert C. Flexon and members of the Company’s senior management team will present limited prepared remarks and will allocate the majority of the time to answering questions from analysts and investors regarding 2014 performance and company strategy.
