Fed's Plosser: Data do not justify zero rates

Philadelphia Fed President Charles Plosser told CNBC on Friday that he'd argue for raising interest rates sooner than later. He appeared on " Squawk Box," ahead of the morning release of the January employment report. Steady economic growth is expected to translate into nonfarm payrolls above 200,000 for the 12th straight month.
