Sprint Announces $1 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Sprint Corporation (NYSE: S) today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of notes.

Sprint intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include, among other things, working capital requirements, retirement or service requirements of outstanding debt and network expansion and modernization.
