UPDATE 1-Ergen to return as Dish CEO, Clayton to retire

Feb 23 (Reuters) - Dish Network Corp, the second-largest U.S. satellite TV company, said founder and Chairman Charlie Ergen would step in as chief executive when Joe Clayton retires on March 31.
