Springleaf: Largest U.S. Subprime Lender

Wall Street celebrated the creation of the nation’s largest subprime lender. Citigroup (C) announced that it’ll sell its subprime unit, OneMain, to Springleaf Holdings (LEAF) for $4.25 billion.
