Choice Strategies, a Division of WageWorks, to be Honored at Worksite Wellness Conference

WageWorks, Inc. (NYSE: WAGE), a leader in administering Consumer-Directed Benefits, announced today that the Vermont Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness & Sports will recognize Choice Strategies, a division of WageWorks, for its efforts in worksite wellness.

Choice Strategies is one of several businesses that will receive an award for 2014. This is the second consecutive year the company has been honored.

“Worksites that promote healthy eating, physical activity, tobacco use cessation, and breastfeeding, contribute to the overall health and wellness of all Vermonters, and they are one of the key reasons we are routinely rated the nation’s healthiest state,” said Vermont Health Commissioner Harry Chen, MD.

The awards are designed to highlight and recognize what worksites from around the state are doing to promote the health and wellness of their employees. The organizations that receive the awards vary in size, industry and location but they all have a common thread, a commitment to workplace wellness.

The ceremony, which is co-sponsored by the Vermont Department of Health, will be held March 25, 2015 at the Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center in Burlington, Vermont from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
