Rosetta Genomics Ltd. (NASDAQ:ROSG), a leading developer and provider of microRNA-based molecular diagnostics, today announced that following the close of the U.S. stock market on Monday, March 16, 2015, the Company will file its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2014 on Form 20-F with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). The Form 20-F includes audited consolidated financial statements, as well as additional information regarding the Company.
