It seems that Herbalife cannot escape the scrutiny of activist investor Bill Ackman and his hedge fund, Pershing Square Capital Management. Herbalife, the weight loss product distributor, is incorporated in the Cayman Islands and has been accused of being a pyramid scheme in the past.
