U.S. Capitol police spokeswoman says power restored to grounds

WASHINGTON, April 7 (Reuters) - All power has been restored to the U.S. Capitol complex after an outage that also affected much of the Washington area on Tuesday, Capitol Police spokeswoman Kimberly Schneider said.
