REPOP, the world’s smallest portable wooden Bluetooth amplifier, is launched on Indiegogo by MINFORT, a team from Taiwan. Small, portable, and beautiful, it's not only an amplifier, but a gratifying home decor, or a device that allows you to use you speakers anywhere, including a lovely lawn under the sun.

Many of the existing Bluetooth amplifiers in the market need a wired power supply, making them not portable and thus inconvenient to use outdoors. Also, they come with high price. Designed in a considerably small size and with a built-in battery, REPOP can last approximately 6-8 hours for 50w 8ohm speakers, which means users can basically bring and use it anywhere. As MINFORT aims to create high-quality amplifiers that are accessible to all, REPOP’s price is clearly lower than average, with a nearly 50% difference. With CSR Bluetooth 4.0 Chip, REPOP supports both APT-X and AAC, and provides wonderful sound quality. MINFORT also uses the exclusive Pure & Sound Technique, which reduces much noise and distortion.

Another extraordinary feature of REPOP is its simple and stylish exterior look. Team MINFORT expects REPOP to be not simply an amplifier, but also an enjoyable décor of a space. Ming-ching Liu, the founder of MINFORT says, “We believe that wooden products look delightful and harmonious in every kind of space, and it brings out a sense of warmth. So we choose to make REPOP with teak wood and handcraft skills.” Each and every REPOP is handmade and has its own unique wood grains and texture. Furthermore, teak wood has strong resistance to tear and wear; its lacquer and resin provides protection from temperature changes, bugs, humidity and other environmental factors.

There is also a behind-the-scene story about team MINFORT and REPOP. Though Bluetooth speakers have become more common nowadays, Ming-ching Liu says, “The best speaker of all time for me is the one I bought 20 years ago but haven’t been using in recent years. It is the loyal old friend who has come a long way with me all these years. Therefore one of the major motives of creating REPOP is that I want to bring my old speakers back to life.” Compatible with all kinds of Bluetooth enabled device including tablets, phones, computers, as well as audio gears-DJ sets, TV, video game consoles, CD/DVD players and so on, MINFORT hopes to help users to create their own audio experiences and memories.

About Team MINFORT

Their goal is to craft well-designed, high-quality audio devices that are accessible to all.
