Tyson Foods Sales Rise on Hillshire Acquisition

Tyson Foods Inc, the biggest U.S. meat processor, reported a 10.5 percent rise in quarterly sales, helped by the acquisition of Jimmy Dean sausage maker Hillshire Brands Co.
