Elbit Systems buys Nice's cyber unit for up to $158 mln

TEL AVIV, May 21 (Reuters) - Israeli defence electronics firm Elbit Systems has agreed to buy Nice Systems' cyber and intelligence division for $157.9 million as it seeks to boost its presence in this fast-growing market.
