Wednesday Sector Laggards: Electric Utilities, Gas Utilities

In trading on Wednesday, electric utilities shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 1.3%. Helping drag down the group were shares of AES Corporation (AES), down about 4% and shares of Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte (EDN) down about 3.1% on the day.
