In trading on Wednesday, shares of PG&E Corp.'s 4.36% Redeemable 1st Preferred (PCG. RI) were yielding above the 4.5% mark based on its quarterly dividend (annualized to $1.09), with shares changing hands as low as $24.15 on the day.
