Nordic Nanovector: NANO – Mandatory Notification of Trade

Ludvik Sandnes, chairman of the Board of Directors of Nordic Nanovector ASA, has today purchased 2,626 shares in Nordic Nanovector ASA at an average share price of NOK 30,00 per share, through his 100% owned company Ekornhuset AS.

Following the transaction, Ludvik Sandnes directly and indirectly will own 125,000 shares in Nordic Nanovector ASA.
