Redeemer Services, Inc. provides nursing home relocation services to individuals in nursing homes who wish to have independence by moving out of nursing facilities and into a community of their choice. Relocation choices include independent living with or without services, subsidized housing, group home settings as well as customized plans.

Our database includes, but is not limited to resources to access damage deposits, household items, furniture, and transportation to meet the needs of our clients,” says Muenyi.
Redeemer Services continually expands their staff, allowing them to manage their current case load as well as accepting many new clients. Redeemer Services, Inc. is paid through medical assistance and can also be privately paid.
Redeemer Services professional staff has extensive experience in both mental health and social services. In addition, their staff is fluent in several languages including Hmong, Somali, Arabic and English. This diverse staff allows Redeemer to meet the cultural needs of a diverse community.
