Constructs the Facility and Operates and Manages the Industrial Wastewater Treatment Services and Industrial Water Supply Services
HONG KONG, July 7, 2015 - (ACN Newswire) - CT Environmental Group Limited ("CTEG" or the "Company"; stock code: 1363), is pleased to announce that it was granted the exclusive operation right, under BOO ("Build-Own-Operate"), by Yinghong Government in Yingde City, Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province, to construct the facility and operate and manage the industrial wastewater treatment services and industrial water supply services in the industrial park. The investment amount is estimated to be approximately RMB420 million.
The areas to be stipulated by the Yinghong Government for each of the industrial wastewater treatment plant and the industrial water supply plant are approximately 180 mu and approximately 100 mu respectively. CTEG will construct the facility and operate and manage the industrial wastewater treatment services and industrial water supply services in the area. The ultimate designed industrial wastewater treatment capacity reaches 80,000 tons per day, and the designed industrial water supply capacity of the industrial water supply plant reaches 200,000 tons per day.
