Nasdaq reports higher second quarter earnings

NEW YORK, July 23 (Reuters) - Transatlantic exchange operator Nasdaq OMX Group on Thursday reported higher second quarter earnings as cost cuts helped offset the negative effects of changes in foreign exchange rates.
