Amended Press Release: The Canadian Bioceutical Corporation Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Nevada Medical Cannabis Company

TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / August 11, 2015 / (TSX Venture: BCC) The Canadian Bioceutical Corporation ("BCC" or the "Company") announces that further to its News Release of yesterday (August 10, 2015) it clarifies that the estimated funding required in order to consummate the transaction described in the Letter of Intent to acquire a Las Vegas-based Medical Marijuana Enterprise ("MME"), including the acquisition of the medical marijuana licenses, the land, the building (including build-outs), related equipment and, additionally, initial working capital would be approximately $5,000,000.

The Company reiterates that the LOI is conditional on agreement of closing documentation, BCC securing adequate financing (as herein described), confirmation of the transferability of the licenses by the State and approval of the Board of Directors of BCC.
