Care Management Technologies Announces New Client: Association of Community Mental Health Centers of Kansas

Care Management Technologies (CMT), a data-driven population health analytics company that specializes in behavioral health, today announced its newest client, Association of Mental Health Centers of Kansas or ACMHCK.  Seven of the 27 ACMHCK members serving as Medicaid Behavioral Health Homes will use CMT’s ProAct to demonstrate effectiveness in improving quality of care and lowering costs for consumer’s enrolled in their health home model.

Using ProAct, the ACMHCK CMT 7 will be able to organize and analyze all available data in order to better understand and manage risk, taking into account everything from adherence markers and gaps in care to costly co-morbid conditions and underlying addiction or substance dependency concerns.  Drawing on more than 200 proprietary and validated clinical rules, the CMT 7 will use ProAct to guide improvements in decision-making that foster more efficient and effective delivery and management of care.
