LOS ANGELES - Aug. 18, 2015 - PRLog -- SmartGuy.com, a leading global business network for small business professionals (“SmartGuy”) today announced that it has entered into a definitive share purchase agreement to acquire 60% of the outstanding stock in Information Now, Inc., (Information Now) a leading virtual phone system and interactive voice response (“IVR”) company used by real estate, mortgage, automotive and other small business professionals.
Under the terms of the share purchase agreement, Jordan Wexler, CEO and majority owner of SmartGuy.com will effective immediately also become the CEO of Information Now, Inc., as well as their other subsidiaries, including 800Service.com, CallCapture.com, and AutomaticLeads.com.
