International Inc. (Nasdaq: REMY) will be acquired by BorgWarner Inc.
(NYSE: BWA) for a premium of approximately $1.2 billion. Shares of Remy
surged $8.63 to $29.16 while BorgWarner stock rose 66 cents to $54.29.
