Leadership and communication have always been important traits for Cindy McMackin. After graduating from UCLA in 1990, she worked for a large national company in marketing and then joined the Pan-Pacific Mechanical team in 1996. After working in nearly every facet of the company, she put her communication and leadership skills to the test, becoming President of Pan-Pacific Mechanical in 2011.
