Positive aging expert and best-selling author of The Best of Everything After 50, Barbara Hannah Grufferman, joins Always Discreet, the makers of liners, pads and underwear specifically designed to help women manage their sensitive bladders, at the Tampa Bay Senior Expo on Tuesday, October 13.

Barbara, a regular expert guest on national morning shows and talk shows like Today, is available to discuss tips to feel youthful and looking your best as you age. She can also speak about important aging issues and topics to discuss with family, friends and doctors and how to approach these subjects with confidence.

The Always Discreet booth at the Tampa Bay Senior Expo will feature a #LaughAllYouWant photo booth, offering free souvenir photos to anyone who comes by and snaps a picture. At 12:30 PM on October 13th, Barbara Hannah Grufferman will discuss positive aging tips at the stage on the main show floor at the Tampa Bay Senior Expo. Free copies of her book, The Best of Everything After 50, will be offered to the first 10 attendees to her talk.
