UPDATE 1-FDA expands lung cancer approval for Bristol-Myers' drug

Oct 9 (Reuters) - The U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Friday expanded its approval of Bristol-Myers Squibb Co's immunotherapy drug Opdivo for patients with an additional form of advanced lung cancer.
