Rubicon Project Announces Record Quarterly Results; Reports 80% Non-GAAP Net Revenue Growth Year-Over-Year

Rubicon Project (NYSE: RUBI) today reported its results of operations for the third quarter ended September 30, 2015.

Non-GAAP earnings (loss) per share is a non-GAAP financial measure that we define as non-GAAP net income (loss) divided by non-GAAP weighted-average shares outstanding. Non-GAAP net income (loss) is equal to net loss attributable to common stockholders excluding the change in fair value of pre-IPO convertible preferred stock warrant liabilities, cumulative preferred stock dividends, stock-based compensation, acquisition and related items expense, including amortization of acquired intangible assets, and foreign currency gains and losses.
