Aimco Announces Quarterly Common Dividend

Apartment Investment and Management Company ("Aimco") (NYSE: AIV) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share of Class A Common Stock for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. The dividend is payable on November 30, 2015, to stockholders of record on November 18, 2015.
